What is the Age Criteria to enroll in the training program?
We train in various age brackets. Anyone willing to enhance their personality, soft skills & communication skills are most welcome. Minimum age for Online Training is 13 years & Onsite Training is 8 years. There is no upper limit of Age for Learning.
What is the duration of a training?
Our Training durations vary from 10 hours to 30 hours, which depends on the training need of the student.
What are the training days?
We work seven days a week, so you can choose any day as per your availability.
What is the frequency for classes?
We suggest minimum 2 to 3 sessions in a week that to with the alternate day gap in between, but limited to maximum of 4 sessions per week.
What are the timing for classes?
Our trainers typical start their training sessions at 8 AM in the morning and ends up by 11 PM in the evening. Student can choose timing as per their availability if at the same time assigned trainer is also available. Otherwise our team will coordinate with the student to fix up the next available schedule.
What is the Demo Session & is it chargeable?
We offer a Demo / a free trail session of 30 minutes to 45 minutes to all our prospective students, which is absolutely free of cost. During this session one can interact with the Trainer and clarify all the queries related to the training program. Trainer will also do training need analysis, which will help in designing the training calendar of the student. Trainer will take you through the process of how they can help you in enhancing your skills.
What is the Training Calendar?
Training Calendar contains outline of the content covered during the training, based on training need analysis done by the trainer during the Demo session. It will help the student to track their progress and help them to keep track of the training offered. It will also include your class schedule i.e., days & time for the classes.
When & how student will get the Training Calendar?
The Training Calendar is normally sent on the registered email of the student within 2 working days after completion of enrolment process.
What is the Admission Process / Enrolment Process?
To enroll for any training follow the steps
- Fill the admission form available on website or provided by the concerned counsellor;
- Deposit the Fee communicated by the team;
- Send the screenshot of Fee deposited to email@example.com or Whatsapp at 8527824224 or send it to the concerned counsellor.
What is the Fee-Structure of a training program?
Fee-Structure varies as per the course and duration. Kindly refer the Fee Structure section
How to make the payment or deposit the Fee?
We accept Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, UPI & Online payment through PayU Money Gateway.
Is there any extra charges apart from fee?
Our Course fee are all inclusive. We do not charge any extra amount in the name of admission charges.
Is there any GST Charged?
Currently we are not charging GST from any of our individual students. However GST will be charged from the Corporates, Schools & Colleges.
Is there any charges in Online Payment through PayU Money Gateway?
Yes, payment gateway charges varies from 3% to 4% including GST. If the payment link provided by the team, charges will automatically added to the Fee. In case online payment done through our website, kindly check with the team for exact amount including payment gateway charges and then only initiate the payment. In any case there will be no discount on payment gateway charges, as this is for your conveniences only.
Is there any charges while making payment through other mode?
No, there will be no extra charges. But yes, in case of cheque payment, if cheque bounced back, student need to pay penalty of 600/-.
Is there any installment for the Fee deposit?
Yes, but at the sole discretion of the school. If school denies to offer the facility, student cannot force them to do so. Student cannot choose their installment plan. They need to adhere to the rules sets by the school.
What is the installment plan?
There is no installment plan for 10 hours & 15 hours duration of training programs.
Installment plan available for 20 hours, 24 hours & 30 hours programs:
- 60% of the Fee to be deposited at the time of admission
- 40% of the Fee to be deposited within 10 days of the first payment.
- There will be no discount in the Fee if opting for installment plan.
- Failed in paying the remaining Fee on time will lead to the penalty of Rs. 50/- per day.
- In case anyone denies to pay the remaining Fee, admission will stand cancelled with the immediate effect. There will be no refund of the Fee paid at the time of admission in such cases.
When will be the admission get confirmed?
Once we received the Fee for the training course opted, Fee receipt from the account team will be sent, which will be the admission confirmation from our side. In case of cheque payment, admission will be confirmed only after clearance of the cheque.
What are the next steps after completion of Admission process?
Once the admission process gets completed, accounts team will send you the Fee receipt and issue your Student id. Operations Team will take the approval of your training calendar from the assigned Trainer and after approval same will be sent on your registered email id, along with the Welcome email, containing all the required information.
How much time will it take to start the classes or sessions from the point of admission?
We normally take atleast 48 hours or 2 business days to start the training sessions.
Where will the classes take place?
Onsite: A-136, FF, D-mall, Shakti Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
Online: Zoom Cloud meeting App.
Is Zoom Cloud meeting app secure?
Yes, Zoom Cloud meeting app is absolutely secure for us, as we give Password to student to access the classes, hence no outsider can access the classes.
One need not to register with Zoom to join the classes with us. We will also provide a link of the meeting id to be used for classes along with the password.
Is there any reading material or handouts provided?
Yes, we have created a common drive for all our students in Classroom by Google. We will provide you the access of the same after 2 or 3 sessions based on the recommendation by the Trainer.
Notes access will be provided based on the training program enrolled for. Student can take printout or download the notes. Student can also access the note on their mobile or tab by downloading the Classroom by Google app from App store.
Kindly notes, these hands out are carefully designed by our trainers based on the training offered by us. You can use them as your references point to practice the learning gained from the training.
Is there access provided to the class recording?
We generally do not record the sessions, but in case student would like to have the access, they need to remind their trainer upon joining the session every time. We do not take any responsibility of class recording in case you missed reminding the trainer and trainer also forgets to record the session.
Student will get the access of recording on Classroom by Google.
What if the class is missed?
We are flexible with our students. Although their time slots will get fixed before the start of the training but we always have an option to reschedule the session as per the next availability of the trainer. We designed the training schedule i.e., start & end date of the training with some buffer time for such instances.
We appreciate our students’ efforts in enhancing their skills, by offering flexibility, we just help them to achieve their goals.
Is there any provision for refund of the Fee in any case?
No, fee once deposited cannot be refunded. We allow enough time to the student to take the admission after all their queries get answered. But at the same time, case to case basis we allow the student to start the training back as per the availability. Your admission is always secured with us.
Is there any provision of transferring the training to other family member after admission?
Yes, but at the sole discretion of the school. If training transfer request raised after start of the training, only remaining sessions will be conducted not the full training.
In what cases admission get cancelled?
- Absconding without information for 15 days;
- Even after 4 reminders student not attending the classes;
- Found using the school information for their benefit. Information like handouts, class recordings or use of institute property will come under misuse and lead to cancellation of admission and a legal action against the student.
- Fee not deposited on time as per the commitment.
How to avoid Fraud?
To avoid any kind of fraud:
- We make sure to communicate all the information with our official email ids only;
- Our team always provides you the information from our Business Whatsapp numbers only;
- We never ask for any account details or pin or OTP from any student;
- We prefer to give payment link in case of payment done through payment gateway, as we never issue the same link to the other students. We have one link per student policy;
- No representative will visit your home or office for any Fee collection.
